Echo Lake Beach
Echo Lake is a bathing beach in Acadia National Park. There is adequate parking available along with restrooms, changing facilities and showers. As you can see, the beach is not very large but was not overcrowded. When we visited in mid August, the water temperature was about 70 degrees. Lifeguards were on duty. There are hiking trails along the lake as well as sailboat and rowboat rentals.
